Bahuguna to lead Cong in U'khand

‎Tehri MP Vijay Bahuguna will be next chief minister of Uttarakhand. The Congress high command on Monday gave him the nod to lead the next state government. He edged out other contenders in a race bitterly contested by a half-a-dozen leaders.
