A preliminary enquiry (PE) has been registered by the agency in the Rs 3,600 crore AgustaWestland 101 helicopter deal. On Sunday, the CBI has procured some documents from Italian authorities in Milan that may help in investigating whether any Indian had received bribes to swing the deal in favour of AgustaWestland.
